Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Beirut. As a Barista at Bake Me Out, your responsibilities will include preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will also assist with food preparation, ensure adherence to quality standards, and contribute to the warm and welcoming atmosphere that defines Bake Me Out.

Qualifications

Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, and operation of coffee equipment
Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to provide an exceptional guest experience and build rapport with customers
Food Preparation skills to assist with creating dessert items and light food offerings
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Previous experience in a café or food service setting is preferred but not required
Passion for coffee, desserts, and delivering memorable customer experiences
