1. Access Control and Site Security
• Monitor and control access to assigned areas, ensuring entry is granted only to authorized individuals.
• Verify identification, permits, badges, and access credentials as required.
• Prevent unauthorized access and promptly report suspicious persons or activities.
• Enforce visitor, contractor, and delivery procedures in accordance with company policies.
2. Patrol and Asset Protection
• Conduct scheduled and unscheduled patrols of assigned areas, buildings, parking zones, and service roads.
• Inspect facilities, equipment, access points, and critical areas to identify security risks, safety hazards, or operational issues.
• Protect company assets and report any damage, loss, or irregularities.
• Ensure all assigned security posts remain properly monitored throughout the shift.
 
3. Incident Response and Reporting
• Respond promptly and appropriately to incidents, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Secure incident scenes and preserve evidence when required.
• Immediately report accidents, security breaches, suspicious activities, or policy violations to the Security Supervisor.
4. Enforcement of Operational Rules
• Enforce company rules and operational procedures related to access, conduct, smoking, safety, and restricted areas.
• Maintain order in public areas and assist with crowd management when required.
• Address violations respectfully, professionally, and firmly.
• Prevent unauthorized activities, including trespassing, solicitation, vandalism, and disruptive behavior.
5. Emergency Response and Communication
• Act in accordance with approved emergency procedures during fire alarms, medical incidents, evacuations, or other emergencies.
• Assist emergency services and guide members, guests, tenants, and employees during emergency situations.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments through approved communication channels.
• Report faults or deficiencies related to security equipment, safety devices, or access control systems
