We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead one of our jewelry stores and drive excellence in operations, sales, and customer experience.

Reporting to senior management, the Branch Manager will oversee daily store operations, lead and develop the sales team, ensure strong commercial performance, and maintain the highest standards of brand presentation and customer service.

???? Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall store operations and team performance
Drive sales growth and achieve monthly/annual targets
Ensure excellent customer service and after-sales experience
Manage inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention
Oversee staff training, coaching, and performance management
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards

???? Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Minimum 7 years of retail/sales experience (jewelry industry preferred)
Proven experience as a Branch Manager with strong results
Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in Arabic and English (French is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
