We're Hiring: IT Technician

Location: Beirut, Badaro - Lebanon

Employment Type: Full-time (Mon to Fri 8:30 to 6:00)

Titan Technologies SAL is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing hardware issues, handling warranty claims and RMA processes, and providing technical support to customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair IT hardware and related equipment.
• Handle RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests from initiation to closure.
• Coordinate product returns, replacements, repairs, and warranty claims with vendors and suppliers.
• Perform technical inspections and testing of returned products.
• Document technical findings and maintain accurate service records.
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status, warranty claims, and technical issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, peripherals, and networking equipment.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal users.
• Maintain inventory records for spare parts, returned items, and repaired products.
• Ensure compliance with company service standards and procedures.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in IT technical support, hardware maintenance, or RMA handling.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in an IT company, service center, or electronics industry.
• Knowledge of warranty procedures and vendor RMA processes.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, NetworK+, Microsoft, or equivalent are a plus.
• Experience with ticketing and service management systems.
