As part of our continued growth, New Lary's Pharm is seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Line Manager to lead and develop our Endocrinology, Pediatrics, and Orthopedics business unit.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales and market share objectives.
Lead, coach, and motivate the field force to maximize performance and ensure continuous development.
Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), healthcare professionals, and strategic partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective product launches and successful marketing initiatives.
Analyze sales performance, establish KPIs, and implement action plans to achieve business goals.
Ensure excellence in field execution and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales management, preferably within Endocrinology, Pediatrics, and/or Orthopedics.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Results-driven with the ability to lead high-performing teams in a dynamic environment.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
