GSM Facility Services is looking for a motivated **Telesales / Lead Generation Officer** to join our team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential B2B clients, introducing our services, qualifying leads, arranging meetings for the sales team, and following up with prospects.

**Main Responsibilities:**

* Contact companies, hospitals, schools, offices, warehouses, malls, and commercial clients
* Introduce GSM Facility Services professionally
* Generate qualified leads and arrange meetings
* Follow up with potential clients by phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn
* Update the client database and report daily sales activity
* Coordinate with the sales and management team

**Requirements:**

* Previous telesales, call center, customer service, or sales experience is preferred
* Strong communication and follow-up skills
* Good phone etiquette and confidence when speaking with clients
* Organized, serious, and target-oriented
* Good computer skills
* English and Arabic are required
