Requirements:
• Education: Technical diploma or vocational certificate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in MEP building construction, with 2+ years as a foreman or lead.
• Skills: Strong blueprint reading skills and deep knowledge of building codes.
• Leadership: Proven ability to manage multi-skilled labor crews and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead MEP Teams: Supervise daily tasks for electricians, plumbers, and HVAC technicians on-site.
• Read Blueprints: Interpret complex electromechanical drawings and engineering schematics accurately.
• Coordinate Work: Sync daily installation schedules with civil and structural construction teams.
• Ensure Quality: Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of all building systems
