Roles & Responsibilities
Reviewing construction plans identify list of materials.
Prepares and review MEP specifications for projects.
prepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labor and time
Maintain material suppliers database
Assess tender documents to ensure sufficient information available to prepare tender
support in quantity surveying tasks and prepare bill of quantities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must Have bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 7 to 10 years of Experience
- Have design experience in a consultancy firm for minimum 2 years.
- Strong Microsoft office suite skills (Excel, word and power point) required.
- Capable of working with BIM and CAD and understanding design drawings.
- Have capability to analyze received data.
- Have experience in preparing BOQ.
- Capable of working under pressure.
- Must be Living in Khaldeh or nearby suburbs.
