Job Summary
Responsible for a range of duties related to stock management and the oversight of material. It includes coordination, organization, inventory Issuance, and material receiving.



Duties
Administering stock control and supervise a regular stock count for warehouses.
Maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth production.
Oversee receiving functions related to purchased material and incoming supplies.
Manage and monitor storage of purchased items and material in all cells.
Create plans, forecasts, and schedules relating to materials requirements.
Work closely with Storekeeper, Procurement and Logistics Specialist to ensure availability of material required for the scheduled project.
Monitor quality control and contribute to keeping the warehouse capacity at optimal levels.
Update stock in/out transactions in the inventory system accurately and timely.
Prepare and issue a monthly stock statement report for management review.


Qualifications
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain or Business Administration.
Language: Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
Experience: +6 years of experience in supply chain and stock management in manufacture industry.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and supply chain software
