The Indoor Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers, processing sales orders, preparing quotations, following up on inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships and supporting the sales team with daily administrative activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and sales offers accurately and promptly.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse for product availability.
- Follow up on quotations to convert them into confirmed sales.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP/CRM system.
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding payments and account status.
- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the team's overall performance.
- Promote new products, special offers, and company campaigns.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure the showroom or sales counter is well organized and professionally presented.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and competitors' activities.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 2 4 years of experience in indoor sales, customer service, or retail sales.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
