The BIM Modeler supports the engineering and project teams in developing, coordinating, and maintaining accurate Building Information Models (BIM) for construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with 2-4 years of experience looking to contribute to multidisciplinary MEP projects while working in a collaborative and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain accurate BIM models for electrical or mechanical systems using industry-standard software.
• Produce coordinated 3D models, shop drawings, and construction documentation.
• Participate in BIM coordination and clash detection processes with multidisciplinary teams.
• Update BIM models throughout the project lifecycle to reflect design revisions and site changes.
• Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, company procedures, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve design and coordination issues.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit (MEP), AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud).
• Familiarity with BIM standards, multidisciplinary coordination, and construction documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
