Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute procurement strategies
- Manage supplier sourcing, negotiations, and contracts
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services
- Optimize purchasing costs while maintaining quality standards
- Lead and develop the purchasing team
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems and procurement best practices
