Lead the hotel's safety and security operations, ensuring the protection of guests, Heartists, visitors, and hotel assets. Develop and implement security, emergency response, and crisis management procedures. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and security regulations. Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and business continuity planning. Collaborate with hotel departments and local authorities to maintain a secure operating environment. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Safety & Security team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in safety and security, including 3 years in a leadership role within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, fire life safety, emergency preparedness, and risk management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience with an international hotel brand is an advantage.
