* Exceptional recruitment skills with a strong track record of identifying and hiring high-quality candidates.

* Excellent communication and candidate management skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively under **high pressure and tight deadlines**.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to hiring.
* Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates.
* Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with management.
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
* Ensure recruitment targets and deadlines are consistently met.
* Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
