You will support social learning initiatives and create engaging learning content. You will support employer branding initiatives by creating engaging content and monitoring engagement and performance. You will identify and coordinate with external training providers and support the delivery of training programs. You will organize training schedules, logistics, communication, and post-training evaluations. You will develop and update on-the-job and off-the-job material for local and global markets with relevant stakeholders. You will ensure proper implementation of on-the-job training materials across global markets, ensuring alignment and consistent application. You will deliver Train-the-Trainer and introductory sessions to support local and global training implementation. You will monitor training effectiveness through branch visits, follow-ups, attendance, and feedback. You will coordinate off-the-job training programs across local and global markets. You will prepare reports and track key learning and development metrics.
