We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Restaurant Manager to join our team at our Asian restaurant featuring a Robata Grill concept in Ashrafieh, Beirut.

Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
Lead, manage, and motivate the front-of-house and restaurant team
Ensure an exceptional dining experience and high level of customer service
Maintain the restaurant’s standards of quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and daily administrative tasks
Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure efficient operations
Monitor service quality and address operational issues promptly
Ensure the restaurant’s standards and concept are consistently maintained
Requirements
Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in an Asian, Japanese, or Robata/Grill restaurant
Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
Excellent understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end dining environment
Hands-on, organized, and detail-oriented personality
Strong customer-service mindset
