Job Summary
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial records. This role supports the Chief Accountant in maintaining the organization’s financial stability and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
• Oversee accounts receivable, including invoice issuance and follow-up on collections.
Bank Reconciliation
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
Suppliers’ Reconciliation
• Conduct regular reconciliations of supplier accounts to ensure consistency and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain clear and organized records of supplier transactions.
Financial Reporting and Support
• Assist the Chief Accountant with month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare and provide accurate financial data for reporting and audits





Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable.
