Receive and inspect incoming products and ensure quantities and conditions match delivery documents.
- Work on Odoo system.
- Arrange and store products properly according to company procedures.
- Prepare customer orders accurately for dispatch and delivery.
- Pick, pack, and organize products according to sales orders.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO principles when applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements, receiving, and dispatching.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounting teams when required.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow company safety, hygiene, and warehouse procedures
