Allo Taxi is looking for an experienced and results-driven Transportation Division Manager to lead and develop one of our transportation operations divisions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, improving service quality and efficiency, managing operational performance, and identifying opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor daily transportation operations.
• Ensure efficient scheduling, service delivery, and resource utilization.
• Monitor operational performance, costs, and service quality.
• Develop and implement plans to improve productivity and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the division s growth.
• Handle operational challenges and ensure timely solutions.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to achieve business objectives.
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for Management.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven managerial experience in transportation, fleet, logistics, or a related operational field.

Strong understanding of transportation operations and service management.

Business development and entrepreneurial mindset.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Ability to manage performance, costs, and operational priorities.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
