We are looking for a fresh Interior Design graduate, fluent in English, to join our studio in a role focused on client servicing, project coordination, and online marketing.

The position is ideal for a highly organized, proactive, and personable individual who enjoys working with people, following up on projects, and ensuring that clients receive a professional and seamless experience throughout their interaction with the studio.

The role sits between the client, the design team, and the studio management, helping ensure that projects move forward efficiently while maintaining a high level of communication and service.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Communication

- Act as a key point of contact between clients and the studio.
- Maintain regular and professional communication with clients and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, calls, site visits, and other client-related activities.
- Follow up on client requests, approvals, decisions, and outstanding information.
- Ensure that client concerns and requests are properly communicated to the relevant members of the design team.
- Help maintain a high-quality and consistent client experience throughout the project.

Project Coordination & Management

- Assist management and project leads in monitoring the progress of ongoing projects.
- Track project schedules, deadlines, deliverables, approvals, and pending actions.
- Prepare and maintain project trackers, meeting minutes, action lists, and follow-up reports.
- Coordinate information and communication between the studio, clients, consultants, suppliers, and contractors.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Help ensure that project documentation and correspondence are properly organized and up to date.
- Assist in identifying delays, pending decisions, or issues requiring management's attention.

Online Marketing & Studio Presence

- Coordinate the studio's day-to-day online marketing activities.
- Assist in managing social media content, schedules, and publications.
- Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external marketing resources when required.
- Help prepare and organize project content, images, videos, and information for online publication.
- Research relevant design, architecture, interior design, and lifestyle trends.
- Assist in maintaining a consistent and professional online presence for the studio.
- Monitor engagement and assist in compiling basic social media and marketing reports.

Administrative & Studio Support

- Organize emails, documents, presentations, project files, and other studio information.
- Assist with preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and client documentation.
- Maintain organized digital filing and project management systems.
- Support management with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and following up with different stakeholders.
- Good understanding of professional communication and presentation.
- Strong interest in interior design, architecture, branding, and visual communication.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize within a fast-paced studio environment.
