We are looking for a data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize digital marketing performance across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
* Monitor and optimize CAC & ROAS
* Analyze performance using GA4 & Looker Studio
* Support A/B testing, lead generation & funnel optimization
* Manage GTM, tracking & marketing data integrations
* Coordinate with agencies, media partners & branches
* Support website, Google Business Profile & seasonal campaigns
* Monitor market trends and competitors

Requirements:

* 2–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads & GA4
* Strong Google Sheets & Looker Studio skills
* Basic SQL, Python or Google Apps Script is a plus
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented and organized
