We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Learning & Development Specialist to design and deliver technical training, conduct assessments and audits, and ensure high standards of employee performance and service quality across branches.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver technical, theoretical and practical training
* Conduct assessments, audits and follow-up coaching
* Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols and safety standards
* Train employees on treatments, equipment, products and consultation techniques
* Identify training needs and develop improvement plans
* Monitor employee performance and provide corrective training
* Support new treatment, technology and service launches
* Prepare training reports and performance data
* Travel to branches as required

Requirements:
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, Medical, Paramedical or related field
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in technical training or aesthetic/medical practice
* Experience in training, assessments and audits
* Fluent in English & Arabic
* Willingness to travel
