An established restaurant and sweets business in Zahle is looking for a presentable, friendly, and customer-oriented Hostess / Order Taker to join its team.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately when required.
- Provide customers with information about menu items.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and floor team.
- Follow up on customers' needs
- Support the floor team during busy periods.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Keep the front-of-house area organized and welcoming.
- Perform other customer-service duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- Ability to take orders accurately and work efficiently under pressure.
- Team player with a responsible and positive attitude.
- Flexibility to support different tasks when needed.
- Female, Lebanese, preferably residing in Zahle.
