A front desk receptionist,Duties and responsibilities:
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
• Responding to guest inquiries, concerns and complaints as needed
• Answering calls, reservations and queries related to booking or potential booking
• Preparing guest invoices for next-day checkouts. Processing and verifying reservation payments
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as front office receptionist or in a similar role, preferably in the hotel industry
• Excellent customer service skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Analytical skills
