System Configuration

·       Configure and maintain SAP Business One company settings to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business requirements.

·       User creation, license assignment.

·       Carry Data migrations/mass modifications.

·       Create new companies, new warehouses….

·       Troubleshooting issues as they arise and implementing solutions.

Reporting and Analytics

·       Develop and customize reports using SAP Business One reporting tools to meet the needs of different departments within the organization.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into actionable insights.

·       Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making.

CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

·       Manage and enhance the CRM module within SAP Business One to effectively track customer interactions, sales activities, and marketing campaigns.

·       Work closely with sales and marketing teams to optimize CRM processes and workflows, ensuring accurate data capture and reporting.

·       Provide training and support to end-users on CRM functionality and best practices.

Cubes and Data Warehousing

Design and maintain cubes within SAP Business One for multidimensional analysis of business data.

·       Implement data strategies to consolidate and streamline data sources for reporting and analytics purposes.

·       Collaborate with business analysts and data scientists to leverage cube data for advanced analytics and predictive modeling.

Documentation and Training

·       Create comprehensive documentation, including system configurations, user guides, and standard operating procedures.

·       Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective utilization of SAP Business One functionalities and features.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge in SAP business One modules, relational database management system and reporting tools (e.g. HANA, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Access, and Crystal Reports).
• Approving cycles, queries, DTW, Boyum for fields and table customization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Knowledge of CRM, WMS, and the Sales force is an asset.
• SAP Business One certification is a plus
