Your job will be to provide technical support to maintain the organization’s computer systems, both hardware and software and other peripheral equipment in order to ensure optimal performance so that end users can maintain a high level of productivity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- You will provide technical assistance for hardware & software
- You will install and configure computer hardware, software, OS, networks, printers, antivirus
- You will monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- You will respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- You will provide technical support for head office & operations
- You will repair and replace equipment as necessary
- You will provide training for end users on the implemented systems
- You will report project status & issues to the IT Manager
- You will conduct daily preventive visits to various branches for support
- You will provide hotline support 24/7 as needed for the operations
- You will use established system to log requests, monitor progress and track cases


WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree in information technology
- 1 - 2 years of experience in IT
- Good standard of computer and data manipulation and interpretation skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft products such Office 365 and Windows Servers.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
