Social Media Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital marketing and have a knack for creating compelling content that drives engagement and growth across various social media platforms. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our web traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and goals.
Content Creation:
Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.
Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice, style, and tone.
Community Management:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with audience interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Foster and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and managing online discussions.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and others.
Use data to inform and adjust strategies for optimizing reach and engagement.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, including promotions, contests, and paid advertising.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure campaigns are integrated across all channels.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Research and identify emerging trends and opportunities in social media marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
