Job Summary:
The Customer Services Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service with at least five years of experience, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
Provide detailed product and service information to customers.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or management.
Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer service processes and procedures.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic & French
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle a high volume of inquiries and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
