• Estimate applications development efforts levels and resources to prioritize requirements
• Ensure applications and solutions development activities adhere to the highest standards of user experience, documentation, quality, security, and compliance requirements

• Lead the design and applications development efforts
• Understand and translate business needs faced by the sales and fields Sales teams into a value case and comprehensive set of technological solutions, data, process, and users experience
• Partnering with sales and fields leadership and IT architecture team to define and map the architecture and role of systems and processes within the overall IT business landscape and capabilities
• Act as the primary trusted advisor to senior sales, fields and technology leadership across all lifecycles of technology application and solutions (inception to value realization)
• Identify and recommend IT applications and solutions features based on business value, overall strategies and priorities
