Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business through various channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract potential clients with focus on Arabic-speaking market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their trading needs and preferences.
- Address client concerns and inquiries swiftly and provide personalized support to ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Offer ongoing support to ensure clients are well-informed and comfortable with the trading platform.
- Educate and train potential clients on the company’s products.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the Forex sector.
- Regularly communicate with clients and provide them with market analysis, research reports, and trading insights.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and relevant events to enhance the network and industry knowledge.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Relationship Manager in Forex and CFDs.
· Fluent in Arabic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Demonstrated ability to manage and grow client relationships.
· Must possess an existing book of clients.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
· Knowledge of additional languages is a major plus.
