The Administration & IT supervisor is responsible for developing, implementing and administering all facets of the corporate administration while delivering the right support to all departments in terms of Information Technology.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Administration, IT departments to upkeep operations in compliance with the company’s systems and in alignment with its business strategy
- Lead the Administration and IT departments in developing and implementing policies, procedures, and processes in alignment with company strategies
- Manage administration & IT team and provide them with training and coaching
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability.
- Coordinate with the Facility Management head of department for the maintenance of administration premises and ensures repair of offices as requirements occur
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system
· Direct the planning, maintenance, and optimization of facilities, including office space, equipment, and utilities, cleaning to create a safe, comfortable, and productive work environment.
- Based on agreed procurement policy, implement the procurement procedure, and ensure its application for office supplies, cleaning and cafeteria supplies, Printout forms, IT supplies
- Oversee the administration facility visitors’ accesses, front desk and reception area, meeting rooms management
· Oversee the service maintenance contracts, the company’s permits, subscriptions and membership
- Provide reports on a regular basis, and as requested
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor departmental performance, track progress against objectives, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
- Conduct data analysis for proactive management and continuous improvement
- Apply the Quality Management System
Skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in business management, , law or BS in Computer Science
- 5-7 years of experience in the field of administration of which 3 years in managing a team
- People oriented and results driven
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
· Analytical mind with problem solving skills
- Languages: Arabic, English, French is a plus
· Microsoft Office: - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
