A Reputable Company located in Beirut is seeking to recruit a Sales Director.
Main Duties:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share in the forex industry.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance metrics.
- Provide training, support, and motivation to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Adjust sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as a point of contact for major accounts, addressing their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments to sales strategies.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with company goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansion initiatives.

Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the forex industry or a related financial sector.
