Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Agent with a focus on cold calling to generate new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT sales within the MENA region and a passion for driving growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our IT solutions and services.
•    Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
•    Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.
•    Understand customer needs and propose tailored IT solutions to meet their business objectives.
•    Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
•    Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
•    Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration.
•    Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

•    Proven experience in IT sales with a focus on cold calling in the MENA region.
•    Strong understanding of IT products and services.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
•    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•    Fluent in English and Arabic, French is a plus.
