We are seeking a highly detailed Data Entry Clerk to join our Data & Research team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of the data that drives our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost care.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
- Review and verify data entries for errors or discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
- Assist in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and correct data inconsistencies and improve data processes where possible.
- Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
- Follow company policies and procedures for data management and protection.
Qualifications
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fresh graduates or senior Business Administration, MIS students, or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
