Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a highly detailed Data Entry Clerk to join our Data & Research team. This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of the data that drives our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with the utmost care.


Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain data in various systems and databases.
  • Review and verify data entries for errors or discrepancies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all sensitive data.
  • Assist in generating reports and data summaries as needed.
  • Collaborate with the research team to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies and improve data processes where possible.
  • Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for data management and protection.



Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Fresh graduates or senior Business Administration, MIS students, or equivalent; additional qualifications in data management or related fields are a plus.
  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
