Role Description

This is a full-time IT Technician role located in Khirbet Qanafar. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, offering information technology solutions, assisting with customer service, and conducting training sessions on various IT systems.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Knowledge of Information Technology
• Customer Service experience
• Training expertise
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in IT or related field
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus

Key Responsibilities

- Install and maintain network cabling systems.

- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot security camera systems (CCTV).

- Ensure optimal performance of installed systems through regular maintenance and inspections.

- Collaborate with IT and technical teams to ensure system stability and security.

- Diagnose and repair hardware and connectivity issues.

- Document installations, services, and troubleshooting processes.
