Position Overview:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a crucial role in generating outbound leads for Sitesee's Cloud ERP solutions. You will collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to engage potential clients through various outreach methods, including cold calls, email, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate targeted and strategic outbound cold calls to prospective clients, igniting conversations and uncovering potential opportunities.
- Craft compelling, personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage leads and introduce them to our services
- Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Conduct thorough research on target companies to tailor your approach effectively.
- Keep the CRM system updated with accurate and current lead information.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field.
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in SDR role especially in outbound sales
- Must have 1-3 years of experience in IT consulting, SaaS, or ERP solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated and passionate about learning and growing in the field of sales.
- Comfortable with making cold calls and initiating conversations with potential clients.
- Proficiency in using email and LinkedIn for professional outreach.
- Excellent research and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
