Customer Retention

Contact customers who are no longer interested in the company’s services to reverse their decision
- Make follow-up calls to see how customers like a product and whether it is working properly
- Document subsequent outcome of each call
- Escalate customer requesting additional help to appropriate departments
- Identify problems and suggest viable solutions with clients on the spot
- Work closely with support, customer care and residential sales departments
- Play a critical role in identifying churn trends
