Overview:
We are looking for a Sales Manager for our valued corporate client located in Beirut, to lead and manage our sales team across Lebanon. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 20 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the cleaning and hygiene products industry, with strong expertise in merchandising.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the performance of the sales team across all areas.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company-wide goals and expand market reach.
- Monitor sales performance, mentor team members, and provide training as needed.
- Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with merchandising teams to optimize product placement and visibility in stores.
Requirements:
- Minimum 20 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the cleaning and hygiene products industry.
- Strong experience in merchandising and an in-depth understanding of product display strategies.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
- Strong knowledge of the Lebanese market.
