Job Summary:
The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. The primary goal is to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and contribute to the company's overall growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other relevant technologies.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
- Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and other relevant information.
- Address and resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations.
- Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions, with relevant certifications being a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
