Sales Account Manager - Microsoft Products

Job Summary:


The Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products or services. The primary goal is to achieve customer satisfaction, retention, and contribute to the company's overall growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and services, including but not limited to Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and other relevant technologies.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Understand clients' business needs and objectives.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the client and the company.
  • Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client needs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their expectations are met.
  • Provide regular updates on project status, deliverables, and other relevant information.
  • Address and resolve client issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
  • Participate in the development of proposals and presentations.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account status and performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions, with relevant certifications being a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals).
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Results-driven and customer-focused.
