For a well-known luxury fashion house located In Beirut, we are hiring Chief Embroidery Illustrator

Tasks and duties:
• Manage a team of juniors and seniors embroidery illustrators
• Receive design requests and assign accordingly
• Maintain and organize design files for archiving and future reference
• Work closely with the design and production team to understand their design needs.
• Coordinate closely with the production managers for orders process (Couture and Ready to Wear)
• Ensure respecting delivery deadlines
• Prioritize tasks, set goals, and develop systems
• Maintain workflow list and ensure all projects are completed by the time frame established
• Develop art works, modify and refine designs
• Draw and develop designs and patterns on textiles
• Capable of Digitizing designs and train the team gaining digital skills

Skills:
• Excellent administrative abilities and attention to detail
• Great communication skills
• Good Knowledge in Digital designs and use of digitization systems and tools is a plus
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Good problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time-management skills
• Preferable 5 years’ experience in luxury fashion
