  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients, and ensure the sales team is working towards expanding the customer base.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt the sales strategy as needed.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the team and ensure these are met or exceeded.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve their individual and team targets.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and training to enhance the team's skills.
  • Monitor sales performance using KPIs, dashboards, and other tracking tools to ensure consistent performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one and team meetings to assess progress and discuss strategies for improvement.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, analysis, and forecasts to senior management on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
