Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Production & Manufacturing

Note: This role is only for professionals with current or past experience in production industries involving complex cost analysis and management, such as food manufacturing, agriculture, dairy, meat, seafood, packaged foods processing, or related sectors. Candidates without relevant industry experience will not be considered.

We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead the financial strategy and operations for a major player in the production industry. This role is critical to driving financial health, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting growth across complex production and distribution channels. The CFO reports directly to the CEO.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Finance or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred)
• 10+ years of finance experience, with 5+ in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in industries such as food manufacturing, agriculture, dairy, meat, seafood, or other complex production sectors
