Job Title: Psychology Courses Instructor & Curriculum Developer

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Psychology Courses Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only teach a variety of psychology-related subjects & courses, but also be responsible for developing comprehensive and engaging course materials which will be exclusively for the company. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about education and teaching and has a deep understanding of psychology theories, concepts, practical industry experience, and strong curriculum development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Course Instruction:
- Deliver high-quality instruction in various business courses such as Know Yourself, Life Coaching &Mentoring, Well-Being & Parenting, and Psychology
- Facilitate learning using a range of instructional techniques to ensure the participant’s engagement and their knowledge retention.
- Provide practical examples, case studies, and real-world insights to enhance course content.
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive course materials, lecture notes, assessments, and multimedia resources.
- Ensure course content aligns with current syllabus provided and industry standards.
- Continuously update and improve existing course materials to reflect new research, trends, and feedback.
- Student Support:
- Advise and mentor participants on both academic and career related matters.
- Create an inclusive learning environment that encourages diverse perspectives and constructive dialogue.
- Collaboration & Professional Development:
- Stay updated with industry trends, educational technology, and pedagogical strategies through professional development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching or training in psychology-related subjects.
- Strong curriculum development skills with a portfolio of previously developed course materials preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
- Experience with educational technology and digital learning platforms is a must.
Desired Skills:
- Practical industry experience in psychology, or related fields.
- Familiarity with online teaching and e-learning course creation.
