Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Consultant in our Business Innovation and Excellence Practice. The Senior Business Consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients, developing business strategies, and leading consulting projects. This role will involve working closely with the management team to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to review and update process documentation.
  • Support the ongoing improvement and standardization of business process documentation across the company.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for innovation and operational excellence.
  • Conduct detailed analysis and research to develop customized strategies for organizational growth and efficiency.
  • Design and implement innovative business models, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Manage project teams, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

  • Experience in client relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
