Job Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced ERP System Administrator to manage and optimize our ERP system, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting, and user training.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain ERP system performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Provide end-user training and support.
Configure ERP modules for departmental needs.
Collaborate to streamline processes and improve integration.
Prepare data files with Department Heads.
Coordinate with ERP vendor for support.
Manage user accounts and permissions.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Support Department Heads with reporting and reconciliation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
