Job Purpose:
The application specialist role is providing user support, gathering requirements for system enhancements, and developing reports effectively. The specialist will play a key role in translating business needs into actionable technical solutions and maintaining robust reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities:
Application Support:
Manage daily support tasks for ERP, CRM, and enterprise applications, ensuring seamless operations.
Investigate and resolve technical issues, liaise with the solutions experts as needed for timely solutions.
Monitor performance and implement enhancements to optimize user experience.
System Analysis and Optimization:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose IT solutions aligned with business objectives.
Implement system improvements, adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Develop insightful reports and interactive dashboards to provide comprehensive data visualization for informed decision-making.
Implementation support, documentation, and training:
Execute established change management protocols, including user management (creation/deletion), feature enhancements, report generation, role assignments, and user access reviews.
Provide support to the solutions team during systems implementations and upgrades to ensure successful deployment.
Document system changes, configurations, and user guides for training and reference purposes.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, modifications, and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience as an Application Specialist, focusing on ERP, CRM and enterprise applications.
Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in system analysis.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, understanding compliance and data management nuances, is highly desired.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working with cross-functional teams.
Technical proficiency in SQL, scripting languages, or related tools for system enhancements.
Relevant certifications are advantageous
