Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, server administration, and databases
- Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS are a plus
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure systems to support the company's operations
- Monitor network performance, security, and availability to ensure optimal functioning
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues as they arise
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery procedures to safeguard data
- Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to implement new technologies and upgrades
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on IT systems and applications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to recommend improvements to the existing infrastructure
