As a Marketing Specialist with graphic design expertise, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and drive customer engagement. You will create visually appealing marketing materials that communicate our message effectively across various platforms.

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products/services and increase brand awareness.
- Create and design engaging graphics for digital and print materials, including social media posts, brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate new ideas and optimize existing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in managing social media channels, including content creation, posting, and engaging with the audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
- Support the organization and execution of events, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.
- Maintain a consistent brand image and ensure all designs align with company guidelines.

*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or graphic design, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic (French is a plus).
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, email marketing, and social media strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing analytics tools is a plus.
