Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential clients through research and outreach in the targeted market.
- Work on generating leads and closing deals.
- Preparing and sending quotations & proposals.
- Answering customers’ concerns & queries.
- Conduct negotiation of sale agreements.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Weekly reports & internal meetings with the management.
- Assist with sales reports, CRM updates, and administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field .
- A self-starter with a passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
- 2-3 years of experience in facility management is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is a plus.
- Owning a personal car.
